3D Genie LLC specializes in 3D printed figures, home decor, and holiday accent pieces. Please be aware of the following:

Color & Appearance

Due to the nature of 3D printing and differences in monitor calibration, product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Size & Dimensions

Product dimensions are approximate. Minor variations in size may occur from print to print. If exact dimensions are critical, please contact us before placing your order.

Print Characteristics

3D printed products may have slight layer lines, support marks, or surface textures that are inherent to the printing process. These characteristics are not considered defects and are part of what makes each piece unique and handcrafted.

Fan Art & Licensed Characters

Some products may be inspired by popular characters or franchises. These items are produced as fan art and are not officially licensed, endorsed, or affiliated with any third-party brand or intellectual property holder. They are sold for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. 3D Genie LLC reserves the right to correct any pricing errors. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you with the corrected price and give you the option to proceed or cancel your order.

We accept payment through Stripe and/or PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information is accurate.

3D Genie LLC offers the following fulfillment options:

• Shipping: Orders are shipped via standard carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

• Local Pickup: Local pickup may be available by arrangement. Contact us at 3dgenie12@gmail.com to coordinate.

3D Genie LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control (weather, customs, carrier issues). Once an order has shipped, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at 3dgenie12@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order information and clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery, or on orders where the customer provided incorrect shipping information.

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If you need to make changes to a custom order, contact us as soon as possible at 3dgenie12@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before printing begins, but cannot guarantee modifications once the process has started.

All original designs, photographs, written content, and branding on your3dgenie.com are the property of 3D Genie LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

3D Genie LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the checkout process is used solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process your payment or fulfill your order.
